"I highly recommend State Farm Insurance Agent George Perinis and his team (including Phyllis and before that, Storm). They answer the phone, they receive emails, and they call you back. They listen to your concerns and/or issues and they respond promptly. I recently had a homeowners claim for a burst water line that affected 2 floors of the home. We had some issues with a horrible water restoration team and I called George and his staff for advice. The owner of this restoration team was a smooth lying salesman that boasted his knowledge of being an insurance adjuster himself before he started his own restoration business (because he said he knows how to get around insurance companies). We believed him during our time of emergent need to mitigate further damages to the home. The restoration team owner billed the insurance company for things they didn’t do, misrepresented the home with grossly inaccurate sketches and billed for areas of their sketches that weren’t even part of the claim, lied about work they didn’t do, and way overcharged State Farm Claims, to say the least. When State Farm Claims refused to pay them for certain amounts of unsubstantiated work, this restoration team sent me numerous bills, along with harassing phone calls and threats for me to pay the balance of what State Farm wouldn’t pay. George and Phyllis listened to my concerns for months and weeks of my dealings with these people. I appreciated their time, their concern, their understanding, and their recommendations. George even suggested an attorney that I retained to help stop this company from further unwarranted harassment. It’s unfortunate that there are water restoration companies that misrepresent, harass, and threaten their customers in order to make money for things they haven’t done. It’s refreshing to know that there are good people like George and his team at the George Perinis Agency. Thank you, George."
